WebDrop Pro provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer utility operating directly within web browsers using WebRTC technology. Files transferred via WebDrop Pro are sent directly between connecting devices without being uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WebDrop Pro only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to transmit:

• Any illegal content, malware, viruses, or destructive code.
• Copyrighted content or intellectual property without proper authorization.
• Harmful, threatening, harassing, or abusive material.

3. Service Availability & Disclaimers

WebDrop Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because transfers rely on direct browser-to-browser WebRTC connections, connection speed, success rates, and availability depend on network configurations, NAT/firewall restrictions, and peer connectivity.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebDrop Pro or WebSolutions SA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, transfer failures, data corruption, or unauthorized access to transfers.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of WebDrop Pro after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your privacy is fundamental to WebDrop Pro. This policy outlines how data is handled when you use our service.

1. Direct Peer-to-Peer Transfers

WebDrop Pro is designed around privacy. File contents transferred through the platform travel directly between your device and the connected peer using end-to-end encrypted WebRTC streams. We do not upload, scan, or store your transferred files on any server.

2. Signaling & Device IDs

To establish a connection between devices, temporary signaling data (such as randomized Device IDs and WebRTC connection metadata) is processed in real time to locate peers on the same local network or connect via paired ID. This metadata is transient and discarded once connection signaling completes.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

We use lightweight local browser storage strictly for necessary site functions, such as remembering your user interface preferences (e.g., theme choice or cookie consent acceptance). We do not use persistent tracking cookies or cross-site profiling.

4. Third-Party Hosting

The static web assets for WebDrop Pro are hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Standard anonymous web traffic metadata (such as browser type and IP address) may be processed by hosting infrastructure providers strictly for service security, DDOS protection, and performance.
